[About shipping and delivery charges]
Delivery will be by Yu-Packet, so you cannot specify the delivery date and time.
*Some products cannot be sent by mail and will be shipped by courier, so the shipping fee will be 500 yen.
*Additional shipping charges may apply for remote islands and some areas.

If the delivery destination is in the above areas, we will charge a special regional shipping fee after confirming your order, and then we will contact you by email with the revised shipping fee to confirm your acceptance.

[About returns]
・Defective products <br>Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.
・Return deadline <br>If you wish to return a non-defective product, please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone within 7 days of receiving the product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product. However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
・Products that have been scratched or damaged while in the customer's possession
・Items that have smells of tobacco, perfume, etc.
・Products with dirt that is outside the specifications
・Products that have been processed, remodeled, etc. by the customer
・Accessories (product tags, packaging, etc.) are missing
